โ˜€๏ธ Level 24: Unlocked! โ˜€๏ธ

โ™Œ

Welcome to this intensely coded silly website. 24 seemed like such a big age to me, so I thought what better than add a little whimsy to life? In my case, whimsy meant html and javascript coding (although, must credit DeepSeek for helping me with the coding), and you believe in magic, so et voila. So, I present to you this silly little website with a small, five song tracklist; a pairing game; a cake cutting ceremony; a letter, and my favourite photos of us.

You're always going to remind me of the Sun, my very own Jaadu, here's to all the jaadu you bring to this world. Happy Birthday.

You know that scene in Jab We Met, when Aditya being the dumbass that he is hallucinates Geet in the rain?

I know we joke so much about how at a certain point in time you felt as though you'd made me up. Here's something I've never said before, it honest to God feels both ways sometimes. You showed up in my life five years ago like some kind of aakashvaani, like a blaring ray of hope that I only dreamed of having and I had to either take it and allow my life to be changed or not. You showed up in my life like the rain that shows up as a character of its own in every movie that you've made me watch and fall in love with, and everyday I get on call with you, I thank the courage 15-year old me had to keep talking to you (yes, despite the white girl accent).

We've done it all. We've done the physical gifts, we've done the reels, the posts, the surpirse presentations and plans. We've done the mushy long late-night texts, we've done the fuck-yous with the same amount of dedication. So this year, I just wanted to sit here and take the liberty to yap about something I said to you the other day: I do not think you realise the force with which you can change someone's life.

You do not remind me of the sun because of you being a summer child, nor is it because of your *ahem* anapologethicc brightness. It's because you bring consistent, unwavering warmth to everything you touch. It doesn't matter what happens, the sun always rises. The world will always turn to see the sun again, because it knows its going to show up. Everything you touch leaves a person looking at it in a new light. You showed up in my life, and continue to remain, just so uniquely you, the first rain of summer, the first rays of light that peek through the clouds after the skies start to clear. Watching you grow more and more into the person that you are has been the privledge of my fucking life.

So thank you. Not for everything you've done for me and for everything that you are to me, but just for being who you are. Everything that you bring-- be it your need to make fun of me or roll your eyes "I told you so", our very lengthy discussions about what is wrong with humanity, your elite taste in media, how you always know exactly what to say to get me to shut up, how you put up with Atharva continuously interrupting us, how I just know that you'll be there. I know the effort that the effortlessness of your presence has taken, and not a day goes by that I don't treasure it.

I love you. Not because of what you've done, but because of who you are. I say this with no doubt and the utmost faith: This is only the beginning, and I cannot wait to see evrything else you make of this life (and of mine. and of the man who will indubitably have his life turned around for the better forever by marrying you, inshallah sister)

Happy birthday, meri pyaari alien.

Love,
Rat2
